About hotel - Hotel Lomsia, Akhaltsikhe

"Lomsia" hotel is a 4-star hotel which was officially opened on August 9, 2012. The hotel
belongs to "Wissol Group" company – “ALMA” Ltd (outdoor advertising company).
The name of the hotel comes from the old name of the city of Akhaltsikhe, "Lomsia".The
history of the building dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, where the "Meskheti"
hotel and the post office were located. At that time, the building was a two-story structure.

The building is located in the center of Akhaltsikhe, 15 meters from the main post office
building, 60 meters from the theater and 100 meters from the Municipality Building. Currently,
the hotel is a three-story building, on the first floor of which there is a KING "TAMAR"
restaurant, reception administration, office rooms, a security room, a laundry room and
additional storage rooms equipped with refrigerators and freezers for warehousing.

A beautiful, cozy terrace is located in front of the hotel. We offer restaurant services and
you can listen to pleasant music both in the restaurant and on the terrace.
There are 63 guest rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building:

* Adapted - 2 rooms (with special equipment)
* Suite type - 7 rooms (Suite - 4, Junior Suite - 2, Apartment - 1)

The conference hall named after Shota Rustaveli is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The
hall is designed for 18 person (U-shaped table arrangement), and in the cinema style it is
possible to accommodate 35 person. The hall is equipped with a projector, a projector screen, a
portable computer (notebook), a 46” diagonal Sony liquid crystal TV and other necessary office
supplies. There is an exit to the balcony from the conference hall.

The hotel has an elevator, a central heating and air conditioning system, and a diesel generator
for automatic power supply.
The building has its own parking place for 8 cars, which is equipped with security cameras and
a barrier.
Also, the road leading to the hotel's central entrance is protected by bollards from Kostava and
Natenadze streets.

Reception of guests in the hotel operates for 24 hours a day. The hotel uses Micros-Fidelio
software (the latest restaurant and hotel room reservation software). All rooms are equipped
with a bath or shower, satellite TV and an internal telephone, and the deluxe rooms are
additionally equipped with a refrigerator and a safe. The coverage area of all three floors of the
hotel includes wireless Internet (Wi-Fi).
